It features 475 mooring posts for all classes of nautical recreational vessels and also houses with all the necessary facilities to provide quality auxiliary services, including a Nautical Club to be built over a prime waterside setting.
There is in addition a 70-ton “travel-lift” for vessels with a breadth of up to 6,7 metres, a 6-ton hoist-crane, six repair booths operated by reputable entities, as well as four larger workshops to carry out large-scale repairs.
The presence of the main maritime-touristic operators is also worth mentioning, being due to the distinctive beauty that the Albufeira coast bestows upon the Barlavento (Western) Algarve and the existence of numerous sport fishing-grounds located along the coast.
In addition to the marina itself, the development hosts an array of facilities that may be divided overall into four large categories:
Touristic;
Commercial;
Residential
Recreational, Cultural and Sport (2nd phase).
